Storage Dashboard in Advanced Analytics

The Storage Dashboard in Advanced Analytics provides detailed insights into the storage usage within your portal. This tool is essential for monitoring and managing the space allocated to assets and workflows. The information provided will help provide trends in storage usage over time to anticipate future needs and optimize storage allocation. Based on this data and data from the Asset Bank dashboard you can free up some storage or clean up outdated assets to optimize space.

Total Storage

Displays the total amount of storage used in the portal, measured in gigabytes (GB).

Storage by Module

Provides a breakdown of the storage usage by each module within the selected timeframe.

Includes Asset Bank and Asset Workflow.

Asset Bank Storage

Shows the total storage used specifically within the Asset Bank during the selected time frame.

Asset Bank Storage by Original vs Derivatives

Differentiates between storage used by original files and their derivatives within the Asset Bank.

Asset Bank Storage By Asset Type

This section breaks down the storage usage per asset type (e.g., images, videos, documents) within the Asset Bank.

Transfers Storage

Indicates the total space used for storing Bynder Express transfers within the selected time frame. 

Excludes: Expired and revoked transfers are not included in this calculation.

Note: It is important to monitor Bynder Express transfers to ensure efficient use of transfer space.

Workflow Storage (if Asset Workflow is enabled)

Specific to customers with Asset Workflow, it displays the storage used within Asset Workflow during the selected time frame.

Workflow Storage by Source (if Asset Workflow is enabled)

Provides a breakdown of the source contributing to the storage used within Asset Workflow.

Includes imported assets from the Asset Bank and assets created and added via Print Brand Template.
