Understanding The Homepage Dashboard

Summary

The Homepage Dashboard provides valuable insights into how users interact with the portal's homepages, including targeted homepages.

Who?

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Once Advanced Analytics is enabled users need the View advanced reporting permission to access this dashboard.

Why?

By tracking key metrics we can identify the content that captures users' attention, understand what they value most, monitor homepage interactions, and detect trends over time. This information allows Admins to make informed decisions to keep your homepage engaging, easy to navigate and aligned with user interests, ensuring it stays fresh, relevant, and effective.

How?

Accessing the Homepage dashboard is easy. Simply click the settings wheel, scroll down to Reporting then select Analytics. From here users can select the dashboard in the left-hand side menu.
