Schedule Automatic Report Delivery in Advanced Analytics

In Advanced Analytics, you can automate the distribution of reports and dashboards directly to users' emails. You have control over the recurrence (minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, specific days or months, or based on data updates), who can receive the dashboard, and what format they will receive it in (CSV, PDF, or PNG).

This ensures that all relevant Bynder and non-Bynder users receive the latest data and insights at a predefined time without manual intervention.

Learn how to create alerts to be sent to Bynder users and non-users to notify them when specific metrics or thresholds have been met in your portal.

Please note that there are continuous improvements to the dashboards that may affect or alter your automatic reports. Please check Bynder Release Notes for any improvements or updates to Advanced Analytics.
