Using the Access Rights report in Analytics

Summary

Admins need to make sure that only authorized users can access certain content. For example:

  • Country managers should only see content for their own country.

  • Brand managers should only see content for their own brand.

Right now, admins need a full view of access rights, but in the DAM, they can only check one metaproperty option at a time. Usually, they must ask PS for an 'Access rights' report to receive an overview of all options and user access.

However, depending on PS can slow down audits and makes admins less independent, which can affect how well access is managed.

By enabling the Access Rights report inside Analytics, admins can be fully self-reliant and can review access rights themselves at any time.

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.
