Create Alerts in Advanced Analytics

  • Updated

Alerts in Advanced Analytics allow you to stay on top of significant changes in your DAM and respond accordingly. You can create alerts based on specific metrics, set thresholds, define an interval for checking the data, and assign a recipient to receive notification emails.

These alerts can help if you want to let specific stakeholders know when a certain number of downloads have occurred in your portal or if there is a sudden drop in user log-ins or searches without results.

Learn how to schedule dashboard reports to be automatically sent to Bynder users and non-users.

Please note that there are continuous improvements to the dashboards that may affect or alter your alerts. Please check Bynder Release Notes for any improvements or updates to Advanced Analytics.
