Enable a general notification to your portal users. This will allow you to share important messages with all Bynder users by placing a notification on the login page of your portal.
How to Create a General Notification

Navigate to Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings.
- In the left sidebar select General notification.

Select to Enable notification.

Enter your message in the Notification message textbox. A preview of your message will be shown in the Message preview section.
Tip
Would you like to include a link in your message?
Use the <a></a> tags to create a link. For example:
Click <a href="https://bynder.com">here</a> to read more about this on our website.

Click Save changes to switch on your general portal notification.
How to Edit a General Notification

Navigate to Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings.

In the left sidebar select General notification.

Edit your message in the Notification message textbox. A preview of your message will be shown in the Message preview section.

Click Save changes to modify your general portal notification.
How to Turn Off a General Notification
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings.
- In the left sidebar select General notification.

Select to disable notification. The toggle will appear grey once it is disabled.

Click Save changes.
