Essential Cookies
These are required to enable the basic functionality of Bynder portals and deliver a smooth user experience. Examples include cookies that create a session within Bynder for each user, allow user language to be set, and explain product flows. You cannot disable essential cookies.
Analytics Cookies
These allow Bynder to understand how the portal performs, how users interact with it, and whether there are any technical issues. This information helps us improve Bynder products. You can disable analytics cookies, although doing so may impact your experience within the portal.
The cookie consent banner appears at the bottom of the portal when users log in for the first time. Users can either accept or reject cookies. Once the preferences are saved:
- The message will no longer be shown.
- Users can access and adjust their saved preferences by clicking on the Cookies tab at the bottom of the screen. Here, they can view the complete list of all cookies used in the portal.
- The cookie notification will reappear if users clear their cookies or use a different browser.
Users can click on the Privacy Policy link in the cookies banner. By default, we link Bynder's Global Privacy Policy. If you would like, you can set up a custom privacy policy in your portal to display to your users.
Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to add an external link to your privacy policy.
