Create a custom email footer

With a custom email footer, you can ensure the emails sent from your Bynder portal align with your brand identity. Customize the footer by adding images and links, and by setting specific fonts and font sizes.

The custom footer will be centered in the email footer. Click the image below to see an example of a custom email footer.

This feature/solution requires Customer Support to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Important Update: With our latest release, Bynder has introduced an automated email branding system. Your portal’s theme, logo, and brand colors are now automatically applied to system-generated emails.

What this means for you:

  • Automatic Branding: You no longer need to manually configure a custom footer to ensure emails match your brand.

  • (Soon) Deprecation of Manual Settings: The manual Custom Email Footer setting located in your Branding settings will be deprecated. Changes made to this field will no longer reflect in the new email templates.

  • Future Customization: While the current branding is automatic, we are working on future updates that will allow you to customize specific footer content (such as links to your privacy policy or company website) within the new template system.

  • If you have questions about how your brand is appearing in platform emails, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
