Quick links can give you easy access to some of the portal's more commonly used sections or pages. They can also be used to link external web pages that you use frequently.
Quick links display on your homepage, also known as a dashboard, and are placed in a quick link group. This allows you to create different sections of quick links to group quick links. If necessary, you can set up permissions so that quick link groups or individual quick links are shown to or hidden for specific permission profiles, user groups, and users.

Go to Settings > Homepage > Quick links.

Click the Add Group button.

Enter a display name for the group in the Name field. This name will be displayed on the homepage.

Enter a number to indicate the position of the group. The lower the number, the higher the group will be displayed in the quick links section on the homepage.

(Optional) Fill in the fields in the Translations section if you have a multilingual portal.

(Optional) Set up permissions for the quick link group. There are two options:

Display for: Select this option if you want to hide the group by default and only show it to specific users. In the blank field, you can enter the names of the specific permission profiles, user groups, and users who should see the quick link group.

Hide for Select this option if you want to show the group by default and only hide it for specific users. In the blank field, you can enter the names of the specific permission profiles, user groups, and users who shouldn't see the quick link group.

Click Save to create the Quick Link group.

Go to Settings > Homepage > Quick links.

Go to the quick link group to which you want to add a quick link and click the Add link button.

Enter the display name for the quick link in the Name field.

Enter the URL in the Link field.
- If you have other special characters causing links to break, replace those characters with their corresponding UTF-8 codes.

Click Save to create the quick link.

Go to Settings > Homepage > Quick links.

Click next to the quick link or quick link group that you want to modify.

Make the necessary modifications.

Click Save to save the changes.
