Our Notification Center keeps you in the loop about portal activity, informs you when your downloads are ready and notifies you when tasks require your attention. Read more about having all your notifications in one centralized place below.

The below screenshot and information applies to the latest version of our Notification Center. Contact your Customer Success Manager if your version of the notification center looks different to discuss updating to the latest version.

Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have this feature enabled for your portal.

Click the
in the top bar of your portal to open the Notification Center.

Click a notification to view the request or download the available assets.
Once you have audited a request, downloaded your files or when you no longer need notifications you can remove them from the list.

in the top bar of your portal to open the Notification Center.

Hover over a notification and click the
icon to remove the notification from the list.
Tip
Do you want to remove all notifications or all notifications for a specific module at once?
Click the icon in the top right corner of the Notification Center to remove all notifications. Alternatively, you can click the
icon next to the name of the module for which you want to remove all notifications.

Bynder supports three types of notifications. Users can receive in-app notifications or email notifications. Additionally, SNS notifications can be set up in order to send notifications to external systems.

Users who downloaded an asset before can receive an in-app notification when a new version is uploaded to that asset. This applies to the original asset as well as one of the derivatives.

Users who downloaded an asset before can receive an in-app notification when that asset has been archived. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have this feature enabled for your portal.
When users download an asset together with its derivatives or download multiple assets at the same time the files will be placed in a ZIP file. If the ZIP file is not immediately available for download users will receive an in-app notification when their ZIP file is ready.
It's possible to notify users by email as well. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have this feature enabled for your portal.
SNS notifications can be sent to an external system when a new asset has been uploaded, asset metadata has been updated or when an asset has been removed.
Besides the normal SNS notification setup additional configuration is required for these three notifications to be sent out. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have one or more of these notifications enabled for your portal. Read more about SNS notifications here.
