Bulk Version Updater lets you upload multiple new versions of assets simultaneously within an Asset Workflow job. We created this feature to help you avoid updating assets individually.

Who?

Users who have the Create job asset user permission can use this feature.

Why?

Updating asset versions one at a time slows down campaign-wide content refreshes. Bulk Version Updater solve this challenge by offering these benefits:

• Matching uploaded files to existing assets automatically by file name so each file becomes the next version.

How?

Follow these steps to upload multiple asset versions in bulk:

1. Navigate to Asset Workflow > Jobs.

2. Open the specific job containing the assets you need to update.

3. Select the assets in an active stage.

4. Select the Update versions option.

5. Review and confirm the update summary, which links each new version to the corresponding asset in the stage.

6. Wait for the new versions to finish uploading.
