Before you Begin
Make sure that you create the metaproperty in metaproperty management.
How to Create Campaign Filters

Navigate to Content Workflow > Settings > Workflow > Metaproperty management.

Click on the Campaign hyperlink.

Map the Asset Library metaproperty onto a workflow metaproperty.

Create a new campaign based on a preset. See Create a preset.

Select the created workflow metaproperty the Campaign preset.

Contact your Customer Support Manager to help you set up filters.
Add Metaproperty Information to Campaign tiles.
Make sure you set up the tile information before adding jobs to campaigns.

Go to Settings > Workflow > Metaproperty Management.

Select the Campaign hyperlink.

Create the metaproperties you want to use on campaign tiles.

Create a new campaign based on a preset. See Create a preset.

Select the created workflow metaproperty the Campaign preset.

Create a new campaign based on the created preset.

In the campaign overview, hover over the Campaign and click the edit icon.

Click Manage tile info.

Select the metaproperties to display.

Click Back.

The metaproperties are now displayed in the Additional Information section. Select the metaproperty values.

Save your changes.
Add Metaproperty Information to the Campaign List View.
The list view gives you a detailed overview of all your Asset Workflow campaigns. To make it easier to find the information you need, add your Workflow metaproperties as a separate column to your list view.
