You have the option to make presets for your campaigns. Presets act as templates for campaigns by setting basic campaign configurations, saving you from starting each campaign from the beginning. Additionally, you can include metadata in presets, which will appear as tile details in campaigns made using these presets.
Who can create campaign presets?
The following permissions can create campaign presets:
- Create presets
- View presets
- Create campaigns based on presets
How to Create a Campaign Preset

Navigate to Asset Workflow >Settings > Workflow > Preset Management.

Click the Campaign hyperlink.

Click Add Preset.

Create your preset:

Decide if you want to hide fields such as deadline, description, or the start date.

Decide if you want to hide or show the Campaign based on the preset in the campaign overview.

You can manage who can view the preset. You can do this on a group or profile level.

Create custom form labels; for example, change the word "Campaign" or "Description."

Add metaproperties that will display as tile information in the Campaign you create based on that preset.

Save your changes.
How to Create a Campaign Based on a Preset
- Navigate to Asset Workflow.
- Select Create New.
- Select the Campaign preset you've created to start a campaign based on this preset.
