You can monitor who viewed and downloaded an asset via the Statistics tab on the Asset detail page. In addition, you can measure asset performance and usage outside of the DAM.
Statistics are updated every day at approximately 5:15 AM UTC.
View Internal Asset Usage
You’ll be able to see how many times an asset has been viewed and downloaded by users within your portal.
- Navigate to your Asset Bank.
- Search or filter for an asset.
- Click on the asset and select the Statics tab.
-
Here you can see the Downloads and Views.
- Hover over the name of the user to see how many times they viewed or downloaded the asset.
- Each file included in a download counts as a separate download. For example, if an image has two derivatives and the user clicks the Download all files, this will be counted as 3 downloads (1 original file + 2 derivatives).
Note: These include API and Integration downloads

- Top websites: The top 4 websites that the asset is displayed in.
