Understanding Bynder's Analytics Packages

Summary

Bynder offers multiple levels of analytics—Light, Standard, Advanced, and Analytics for BI Access. Each level is designed to provide deeper insights into your portal's performance, from basic usage tracking to advanced ROI optimization and external BI integration. 

Light Analytics is enabled by default for all portals, giving every user access to storage usage and user seat data. Storage data, previously displayed on the Cockpit page, is located at /b-analytics/storage. Cockpit is being deprecated, and all storage reporting has moved directly into Bynder Analytics.

When upgrading your analytics package, your portal automatically updates with retroactive data to match the selected tier.

Who?

  • Light Analytics: Active by default on all portals. No Customer Success Manager (CSM) involvement is required.

  • Standard, Advanced, & BI Access: Require contact with your Customer Success Manager to enable.

  • Permissions: A Bynder Admin must assign individual permissions to grant users access to specific analytics dashboards.

For organizations aiming to maximize ROI, optimize content creation, streamline administration, and support struggling users. Enhance find-ability, identify new content opportunities, and assist users with adoption and other challenges. 

Analytics for BI Access

For organizations requiring data centralization. It provides a secure connection to access Bynder data in real-time, allowing you to use your own BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to create custom reports.
