Troubleshooting Analytics Reports

If you are experiencing difficulties viewing your dashboards in Bynder Analytics, it could be due to your web browser. We always recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox.

If you use Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer, note that they block third-party cookies automatically. Choose your browser from the list below to learn how to enable third-party cookies.

Browsers with Limitations

Please note that the browsers have limitations: Safari, Edge, and Internet Explorer (Bynder no longer supports IE 11).

I am encountering a 401 error whenever I attempt to access Analytics.

You may need to enable cookies in your browser. Find your browser and learn how to enable cookies.

How to Enable Third-Party Cookies

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Open Privacy settings by going to chrome://settings/cookies in your address bar.
  3. Check if Block third-party cookies are enabled and change the setting to Allow third-party cookies.
  4. Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari > Preferences in the top bar.
  3. Open the Privacy tab and ensure the Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies options are disabled.
  4. Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.

Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click Screenshot 2024-03-05 at 9.37.43 AM.png More in the top right corner of the browser > Settings.
  3. Go to Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  4. Turn off Block third-party cookies

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the Settings Icon in the top right corner of the screen and click Internet options.
  3. Open the Privacy tab, and in the Settings section, click Advanced.
  4. In the Third-party Cookies section, select Accept.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Apply to apply the changes, and click OK to close the screen.
  7. Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.
