Link tabs are small buttons at the portal's bottom left corner that can quickly take users to another page. These tab buttons can direct users to a different portal page or an external website. They are accessible to all users and will be displayed in all portal sections.
Who can add link tabs?
Users with the following right can add link tabs:

How to Add a Link Tab
- Navigate to your Portal.

Select Settings > Advanced Settings > Portal settings> link tabs.

Click
to add a new link tab.

Enter a label for the tab, which will be displayed on the button.

Enter the URL to which you want to redirect the users.

Select whether you want the page to open in a new or similar tab in the Target dropdown.

Click Submit to create the link tab.

If successful, the message Settings saved will appear at the bottom left corner of the page.
Tip
Use generic, easy-to-understand labels when targeting an international audience since the labels cannot be translated.
How to Edit or Delete a Link Tab

Navigate to your Portal.

Select Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings > link-tabs.

All available link tabs will be listed.

Click the field you want to edit and select
the Edit link tab.
- Select the Delete link tab if you want to delete the link option.

Make your necessary changes.

Click Submit to save your changes.

If successful, the message Settings saved will appear at the bottom left corner of the page.
