Create Links in Portal

Summary

Links are part of the Floating Action Button (FAB), located at the portal's bottom left corner, providing a quick way for users to navigate. These links can direct users to internal portal pages or external websites.

Who?

Edit or Delete a Link

Navigate to your Portal.
Select Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings > Links.
All available links will be listed.
Click the field you want to edit and select the Edit link.
Select the Delete link if you want to delete the link option.
Make your necessary changes.
Click Submit to save your changes.
If successful, the message Settings saved will appear at the bottom left corner of the page.
