How To Customize Your Portal Languages

Summary

You can customize the language of your Bynder DAM and solutions. The supported languages based on the solution are listed below. 

Who?

Bynder Admins should work with their Onboarding Manager or Customer Success Contact to decide which languages should be enabled for their end users. Once the languages are decided upon end-users can decide their language in their portal. 

Why?

Bynder is an international organization, and as such wants to cater to the many different cultures of the world and the languages that go with them.

How?

First, use the table below to check that the language you desire is available for the solution you wish to use it with.

Setting Your Portal Language

  1. Log in to your Bynder portal.
  2. You can access the Profile Settings by selecting your profile name, which is located at the top-right corner of the portal next to the settings wheel.
  3. Scroll over the Language section to expand the available language dropdown.
  4. Choose the desired language from the available list in the Language section.

FAQs

What do I do if the language I want isn't in the menu?

Start by reaching out to your Bynder Admin, they may need to request the language to be added to your portal. If the language isn't shown in the table reach out to your Customer Success Contact to request the language be considered to be added to Bynder.
