You can navigate to workflow in your brand portal to see an overview of campaigns. Campaigns are high-level categories comparable to different types of projects. Learn how to create a campaign.
Campaign Overview
Open Asset Workflow to see the campaign overview. To display your campaigns, you can switch between the grid and list views. The list view gives a more detailed view ordered alphabetically. You can also navigate directly to the left sidebar to go directly to a Campaign.
Grid View
The grid view gives you a quick and visual overview of all your workflow campaigns. Each Campaign has its thumbnail.

To enable the grid view, click on.

Hover the mouse over a thumbnail to see the campaign metaproperty information.

List View
The list view gives you a detailed view of your Asset Workflow campaigns. Here, you can find basic campaign information and custom columns to display your campaign metaproperties. All the information is shown in easy-to-read columns, and the campaigns are ordered alphabetically.

To enable the list view, click on.

Click on a campaign name to access the campaign jobs.

Search and Filter Campaigns
The filter bar can be used to filter your campaigns. Here, you can find your Workflow metaproperties, which you can use as a filter or one of the standard filters.
Use one of the filters below to find the information you need:

Campaign
You can use the campaign dropdown to select a specific Asset Workflow campaign.

Responsible
Do you want to see the campaigns that are the responsibility of a specific user? Use the Responsible dropdown and enter the user's name you're looking for.

Status
Most of the time, you're looking for currently active campaigns, but you can also filter campaigns that are coming up without a deadline, overdue, or closed. Click on the Status field and select the statuses you want to see in your overview.

Contains text
Are you looking for a specific campaign name or a responsible user? Use this search field to search for campaign names or responsible users.
Tip
When you no longer want to apply a filter, click on next to the applied filter to remove it.
Create a Campaign

Navigate to Asset Workflow. Select Create new > + Campaign.

Enter the campaign name and set the start and end date for the Campaign.

Enter a short campaign key, usually three to four characters long.

Select the person responsible for the Campaign.

Upload or select an image if you want the Campaign to have an image tile (thumbnail) visible in the overview.
Note: The image used for the Campaign Thumbnail should not exceed 1 MB in size.
Edit a Campaign

In the Campaign overview, hover over the Campaign you want to edit.

Click the Edit (pencil icon) in the upper right corner.
- Edit the needed details in the pop-up window, Save
You can edit the Campaign name, Key, Description, Responsible user as well as the Deadlines and replace the Campaign image thumbnail.
Close a Campaign

In the campaign overview, hover over the Campaign you want to close. Click the Close icon.

Decide if you want to close the Campaign or close and remove it. If the Campaign is closed, it still displays in the overview, and you can reopen it when needed.
Reopen a Campaign
As an administrator, you can view closed campaigns and reopen them if needed.

In the campaign overview, ensure the Status filter includes Closed Campaigns:

Click the Reopen icon for the Campaign you want to reopen.
