Understanding The Studio Analytics Dashboard In Advanced Analytics

Summary

With this dashboard users can gain insight into their Studio usage. Check how often users log into Studio, create and export designs, and use templates and variations. These metrics can help improve content creation, track Studio adoption, and understand how your team is using the solution. 

Who?

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Once Advanced Analytics and Studio is enabled users with the View advanced reporting permission can view this dashboard.

Why?

Studio is an amazing feature offered by Bynder, and it's important that Bynder Admins can see how the feature is being adopted and used by their teams. With this dashboard users gain helpful insights into usage by user.

Understanding The Dashboard

Overview

This is an overview of Studio usage, including Exports, Designs Created, Variations Created, Logins, Exporters, and Creators. It also includes Exports over Time by Type, Top 25 Downloads by Design, Top 25 Waiting Room by Design, Designs Created over Time, Top 25 Designs Created by Template, Top 25 Variations Created by Template, User Logins Over Time, and Exports and Creates by User.

This can be filtered by Time Frame, Date Granularity, Design Type, Design Name, and Group Name.

Variations Exported

The total number of variations exported. 

Designs Exported

The total number of designs exported. 

User Groups Exporting

The total number of user groups who've exported a design. 

Exporters

The total number of users who've exported a design.

Exports Over Time By Type

Breakdown of export type by downloads and Waiting Room downloads over time. 

Exports by Design

Total number of exports by design. 

Exports by Group

Total number of exports by group. 

Templates With Designs Being Exported Over Time

Details on the Total number of Exports of a Parent design (original design or template used to create a new design).

Exports Activity By Template

Export activity from individual designs or templates.

Variations Created

The total number of variations created. 

Designs Created

The total number of designs created.

Templates Created

The total number of templates created.

User Groups

The total number of user groups who have created designs or templates

Creators

The total number of users who have created designs or templates

Templates And Designs Created Over Time

Breakdown of the number of templates and designs created over time.

Designs Created By User

Breakdown of designs created by the user, linked out to user management.

Designs Created By Group

Total number of designs created per user group. 

Creation Activity By Template

Details on the Total number of designs and templates created from a Template (the original design or template used to create a new design).

Exports Details

See the raw data of the total number of exports. You can click the User Link under Creator to be redirected to the Edit user page in User Management.

You can see the raw data of the total number of creations. Click the User Link under Creator to be redirected to the Edit user page in User Management.
