Display Metaproperties in Asset Bank List & Grid Views

Users can update the Asset Bank view between the grid and list view. You can choose to display certain metaproperties in either or both of these views. This allows your users to easily view the metaproperty information without having to first click the asset.

Note

We recommend no more than 3 metaproperties in the grid view and, up to 10 in the list view.

Add Metaproperties to List & Grid Views

  1. Navigate tosettings-icon-small.png Settings >Advanced Settings > Portal Settings and click Asset Bank Views in the left sidebar.
    asset_bank_views_.png
    • Alternatively, you can select a metaproperty in the Metaproperties and options section of Metaproperties management and click the new_metaproperty_arrow.png next to Asset bank views.
    asset_bank_views_new_meta.png
  2. Select Grid view or List view. You will see the preview of each view in the center interface. asset_bank_views_new_metaproperty_.png
  3. Click Select metaproperties (or x metaproperties selected).

  5. You will know it's been removed because there will no longer be a new_metaproeprty_blue_check.png next to the metaproperty.

    Note

If you make a change in Grid view, you will need to make the same change in List view.
