Box is a cloud storage solution and is used to manage, share, and collaborate on digital files. Box can store most file types and enables access for individuals anywhere across multiple platforms
By integrating your Bynder portal and Box account, you are able to seamlessly connect assets between the two by automatically moving assets in your Box account to Bynder, without downloading from Box and re-uploading to Bynder. Non-Bynder users will now be able add assets to a folder in Box to have them automatically uploaded to your DAM.
Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more about enabling the Box Integration.

Note
Any supported file type can be added to your portal For a complete list of file types click here.
Note
If you would like to connect more than one Box account, you will need to configure a new Box workflow for each account you would like to set up.
After configuration, all selected assets in your Box account will upload to your portal’s waiting room after about 2 hours. Once approved, the assets will appear in your Asset Bank. Moving forward, any assets added or moved to the selected folder (or subfolders) in the configured Box account will automatically be uploaded to the waiting room after about 2 hours.Learn more about the waiting room here.
If you delete an asset from your Box account, it will not automatically be reuploaded to your Bynder DAM. If you delete a Box asset from your Bynder DAM it will remain in your Box account.
If you would like an additional Box account synced, you will need to Configure another Box workflow.
If you would like to disable the integration, update your synced folder, or edit your Box credentials, you can edit the configuration.
-
Navigate to Settings >Advanced settings >Portal settings.
-
Click Active Integrations in the left sidebar, then Edit in the section of the connection that you would like to update.
-
Make your changes, then click Save.
