Summary

Automated tags are generated for new assets uploaded via the standard uploader or API. Automated tags are not generated via the Waiting Room, or Mass Uploader.

Who?

This feature/solution can only be enabled by your Customer Success Contact.

Once enabled any user with upload rights can use this feature.

Why?

Bynder can automatically extract metadata from your assets to create tags. This AI-powered feature identifies thousands of objects and analyzes facial expressions to accurately assign the assets with the correct tags. This feature enables users to be more efficient during asset uploads, and allows for easier asset searches.

How?

  1. Navigate to your Portal.
  2. Upload your assets via the standard uploader or by using the API.
  3. Give the automated tags a moment to generate. The automated tags are not visible on the upload screen.
  4. After upload, the automated tags will be available under the Automated Tags section of the asset detail screen, and the top 25 automated tags will be displayed in the smart filter.
