Summary

Presets allow users to save and reuse elements in Studio. If you save groups of elements as a preset, any animations, transitions, blend modes, text styles, and other settings will be included in the preset.

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

How?

Creating A Preset

  1. Navigate to Studio.
  2. Either create a new design or edit an existing one.
  3. Create a group of elements on the timeline or canvas.
  4. Create the preset:
    • In a video design, select the group on the timeline and click Screenshot 2023-12-05 at 8.36.53 PM.pngon the left-hand side to save it as a preset. Image1.png
    • In an image design, select the group on the canvas and click on the three dots to select Save as Preset from the menu.Image2.png

FAQs

Where is my preset? I have added it, but I do not see it on the canvas.

A preset can end up outside of the bounds of your canvas, when this happens users can use the zoom tool to the right above the canvas to zoom out and see the preset.
