Change Portal Account Logo or Background Image

You can customize the login page by adding a logo or a background image. Learn more about creating and managing portal look and feel here. 

Who can customize a Portal's Look & Feel?

Users with the following permissions can customize the portal's Look & Feel:

 

How to Change Portal Account Logo and Background Image

  1. Go to settings-icon.pngSettings > Account > Look & feel.
  2. To change the background image:
    1. Hover your mouse over the image under Set background image for your account login page.
    2. Click the plus icon and upload the new image.
      •  You can upload the following formats as an account logo or background image:
        • BMP
        • JPG
        • PDF
        • PNG
        • SVG

        Note

        The background image should have at least a width of 1280px and a height of 720px.

  3. To change the existing account logo or the login logo, hover your mouse over the image under the Set account logo and Set account login logo. Click the plus icon and upload the new image.

    Note

    The logo should have at least a width of 200px and a height of 80px.

  4. Save your changes.
