How To Upload Custom Solution Fonts

Summary

Bynder uses the Inter or Ariel font by default. Custom fonts let you set font family, style, size, and color, and define text styling in themes.

Who?

This feature/solution requires Customer Support to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Why?

Branding is important. Having your Bynder content customizable lets you ensure you stay on brand. Font is an excellent way to keep your branding consistent throughout your portal and assets.

How?

Contact your Customer Success Contact and share the font file that needs to be added to our backend. We support static font files in OTF and TTF formats. You need the appropriate license for the font you wish to use. Acquiring the appropriate license is the responsibility of the user, not Bynder.

FAQs

Can I use right-to-left fonts?

Yes, some solutions allow you to upload right-to-left fonts such as Hebrew or Arabic. Please contact your Customer Success Contact for more information.

What if I do not have the appropriate license for the font I want?

It is your responsibility to get the appropriate license for the font you wish to use in order to legally use the font.

Can I use a variable font?

Variable fonts are not compatible with Bynder and will not work within the portal.
