Do you often apply the same sets of metadata to your assets? Save yourself some time and reduce possible mistakes by using metadata presets. These presets allow you to tag your assets with the right metadata in just a few clicks.
Note
Metadata presets are only available during upload and are not available when batch editing assets.
Metadata presets are predefined sets of metadata. Presets can include descriptions and other text fields, but also metaproperty options, advanced options, custom fields and collections. Users who often apply the same metadata during upload can create a metadata preset. This way, they can apply the preset during future uploads, which will automatically apply the right metadata to their upload in just a few clicks. At the same time these time-saving metadata presets lower the risk of user mistakes, making sure your assets are always tagged with the right metadata.
