Wordpress allows you to create and manage websites and blogs with ease. By integrating Bynder and Wordpress, you can use your latest Bynder assets in your Wordpress 6 environment
By making use of the Bynder reference URLs and our automatic CloudFront invalidation process, the integration ensures that when you update your assets in Bynder, the latest version is also automatically reflected on your Wordpress website. The integration uses custom Bynder blocks for single images and video assets. The Gallery Block is used to showcase multiple image or video assets, and Featured Image is used to showcase a primary image. For those customers with Dynamic Asset Transformation (DAT), the latest Universal Compact View with the DAT-UI is available.
There are two versions available for the Wordpress plugin. Both versions have an open source version available, which you can customize to your own needs.
Version 5.2.0 or later
This version supports Wordpress 5.9 or later, tested up to Wordpress version 6.0.2. This plugin version is actively being maintained.
Version 5.0.0
This version supports Wordpress 5.8 or lower. This version won't receive updates as Wordpress only officially supports Wordpress 6.0 and later.

Additional Information
The opensource version of the Wordpress plugin allows you to make changes to the plugin itself. This allows you to potentially make it work with other plugins, such as other editors.
Bynder can offer only limited support on these custom changes. We cannot assist on how to make it work with other plugins/editors.
