How to Share an Asset via Public Link

If you want to share an asset with an external user, you can do so via Public Link.

Admins can generate public links for individual assets.

Navigate to your Portal.
Select an asset and click the thumbnail.
Navigate to your Asset Detail view.
Scroll down to find link to public files.
You will see the options for public files depending on how they were configured.
- If you do not see a public link available, a public link was not generated for the assets.
- If you want to share the asset with an outside agency, you can create and share a collection.
