Summary

Once you've created and published your guide or landing page, you can make it visible to all Bynder users and to external users who do not have a Bynder account. Restricting access to your Guides and Landing Pages is also possible, allowing for content to be shared with only the right people.

Who?

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Once enabled users with the Creator or Manager permissions can manage Guide and Landing Page Access.

Why?

Ensuring content is shared only with those who should see it is a key feature of Bynder's CXUC solution. This allows easy to maintain security for Creators and Managers.

How?

Making A Guide Or Landing Page Public

  1. Navigate to your Landing Page or Guide.
  2. In the bottom righthand corner select the button.Screenshot 2024-11-14 at 11.43.02 AM.png
  3. Select the dropdown and click on Public. Screenshot 2024-11-14 at 11.39.46 AM.png
    • (Optional) Click Copy link to copy the direct URL to the landing page or guide to share it with others.
  4. Click Save Changes to save the changes. The guide is now publicly available and can be shared with anyone.

Hiding A Guide Or Landing Page

  1. Navigate to a Guide.
  2. Hover over the guide you want to hide, and click the guidelines_menu.png icon; click Share.
  3. Open the dropdown at the top of the access screen and select Restricted.
    • This setting ensures that only specific users and groups have access. Remove User Access (if needed). In the access settings, find the dropdown next to the user, user group, or permission profile that should no longer have access.
  4. Click Save Changes.

After these steps, only the owner and manager-authorized users can access it. Users, groups, or permission profiles removed from access settings will no longer have visibility.
