How to Create a Content Workflow Support Ticket
If you're a Content Workflow customer (and do not have Bynder DAM), follow these steps to create a support ticket within your Content Workflow account:
- Log in to your Content Workflow account.
- Click on your Avatar in the top right-hand corner of the page to reveal the drop-down menu.
- Choose Contact Support to open the ticket creator modal.
- Enter your name, email address, and message in the corresponding boxes.
- When you've included all the relevant information to support your query, select

- After submitting your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from one of our support team members.
