If you are a Content Workflow customer without a Bynder DAM, please submit all tickets through your Content Workflow platform. Starting October 22, 2024, all Content Workflow-related tickets must be processed via this platform.

How to Create a Content Workflow Support Ticket

If you're a Content Workflow customer (and do not have Bynder DAM), follow these steps to create a support ticket within your Content Workflow account:

  1. Log in to your Content Workflow account.
  2. Click on your Avatar in the top right-hand corner of the page to reveal the drop-down menu. [CW] Contact Support.png
  3. Choose Contact Support to open the ticket creator modal.
  4. Enter your name, email address, and message in the corresponding boxes.[CW] Support Ticket Modal.png
  5. When you've included all the relevant information to support your query, select [CW] Submit.png.
  6. After submitting your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from one of our support team members.

Note: If you are a Content Workflow customer with Bynder DAM, please continue submitting your tickets using these methods.
