Bynder's Studio feature is an advanced image and video templating solution. Studio offers two packages to cater to user needs. Both packages provide essential tools for managing and creating content efficiently, however, the Advanced package includes additional features for more flexibility and efficiency for complex and large-scale projects.

Basic Versus Advanced Studio Packages

Choosing between the Basic and Advanced packages depends on your specific needs and the complexity of your projects. Both offer robust tools for content creation and management. 

The Basic Package

The Basic package is designed to provide users with the core functionalities needed for image and video content creation.

Basic Features

  • Brand Colors (Palettes): Brand colors allow you to automatically apply your preferred color palette when using any element that has a color property assigned to it, such as shapes, text, and backgrounds. This feature helps maintain brand consistency across all visual content, enhancing brand recognition. You can create one brand color palette with the Basic Package.
  • Blend Modes: Blend modes allows users to blend layers allowing for a cohesive and visually appealing designed, and immense creative flexibility. Studio offers more than 10 blend modes.
  • Masks: Masks are used to remove sections of elements in your design. This allows for more creative freedom and the ability to produce professional-grade complex visuals.
  • Presets: Presets make reusing a group of elements easy. Utilizing a variety of presets assists in maintaining brand consistency.  This feature saves time and ensures all content adheres to your companies brand.
  • Easily Create and Share Templates: Collaborate with team members by sharing templates within Studio. Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth execution. This enhances teamwork and project management, leading to more organized and efficient workflows. 
  • Import External design files: To save time and valuable resources, designers can import Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch files directly into Studio. The files are automatically converted to the Studio design format. Our compatibility with popular design tools facilitates seamless transitions and integration, reducing the need for manual adjustments.
  • Save Directly To Bynder: Save your created assets directly to the Bynder DAM for easy access and management. This ensures all assets are easily accessible and well-organized, improving overall efficiency.
  • Multi-Channel Audio Support: Maintain multiple global audio files within a design. This feature allows you to even fade-in and fade-out your audio for exceptional flexibility and creative control. 

The Advanced Package

The Advanced package includes all the features of the Basic package, and additional tools and functionalities for users who need more advanced capabilities. Here's what the Advanced package offers:

  • Brand Colors (Palettes): With the Advanced package you can create unlimited brand color palettes. This provides greater flexibility and the ability to manage multiple brands or sub-brands within the same system.
  • Multi-page Designs (Pages): Create designs in multiple sizes simultaneously, saving time and ensuring consistency across different platforms. This feature is especially valuable for maintaining a cohesive brand presence across various channels.
  • Create AI-translated Variations in Studio: Automatically create translated variations of an existing Studio design. This streamlines localizing content for different markets, saving significant time and resources.
  • Content Variations: Generate multiple versions of your content to cater to different audiences or platforms. Easily manage and switch between different content variations. This allows for targeted marketing and personalization, enhancing engagement with diverse audience segments.
  • Batch Creation: Create content in batches to streamline your workflow and handle large projects efficiently. Automate repetitive tasks to increase productivity. This significantly boosts efficiency, allowing you to manage large-scale projects with ease. This can be done by creating a .CSV or .xlsx file for maximum efficiency. 
  • Approval and Review Process: Set up an approval workflow to ensure all content meets your quality standards before publication.
