Permissions in CX User Community (Brand Guidelines)

To grant access to the CX User Community (Guides, Landing Pages, and Custom Links), you can assign specific roles to a Permission Profile. This can be done in the Permissions Management section of your portal.

You can customize three permission types, Creator, Manager, and Viewer, according to your requirements.

In addition, if you would like certain users to be able to upload assets to Landing Pages or Guides, they will need to have the following permissions enabled.

  • Upload assets
  • Mark assets as public
  • Embed collections- If you want certain users to be able to embed collections in your Landing Pages or Guides

Note

Only one Brand Guideline can be set up per permission profile to avoid conflicting user rights.
