Grant Bynder Access to Your Portal

During the implementation phase of your portal, your Onboarding Managers will have full access to your portal. This means they can import assets, customize and configure the portal to your liking, and help you get it up and running quickly. Once the implementation is almost finished, you and your Onboarding Managers will decide if Bynder should still have access to your portal. By giving us access, you can continue to receive support services from us. This allows us to assist you more effectively with technical issues or any specific questions you have for your Customer Success Manager regarding your portal.

FAQ

What if I don’t want Bynder to have access to my portal?

As a portal administrator, you can easily revoke our access by following these instructions.

Are there any downsides to Bynder not having access to my portal?

In case you decide to switch it off, Bynder teams will no longer have access to your portal. Should you require assistance from one of our teams you'll have to change the setting to ON before we can help you. Only the portal admin can change this setting; if you are not the portal admin you will need to reach out to them. This can result in delayed support times.
