During the implementation phase of your portal your Onboarding Managers have full access to your portal. This way, they can facilitate asset imports, configure and customize the portal to your liking and help you to get your portal up and running as quickly as possible. When the implementation is almost finalized, you and your Onboarding Managers will determine whether Bynder can keep having access to your portal.
By granting us access to your portal you can keep enjoying our support services. This way, we'll be able to better assist when you run into technical issues or when you have specific portal related questions for your Customer Success Manager.

As a portal administrator you can easily revoke our access by following these instructions.
In case you decide to switch it off, Bynder teams will no longer have access to your portal. Should you require assistance from one of our teams you'll have to change the setting to ON before we can help you. Only the portal admin can change this setting; if you are not the portal admin you will need to reach out to them. This can result in delayed support times.
