The CX User Community provides intuitive search and navigation, making exploring and locating content within Guides or Landing Pages easy. Depending on your user type, selecting a Guide or Landing Page will direct you to the content where you can search using the portal search bar or display a navigation sidebar.
If you're sent a link to a Guide or Landing Page with viewer permissions, you may be taken directly to the content or certain sections.
No matter your permission level, the search bar is always available to help you efficiently navigate and access content across Guides and Landing Pages.
How to Search for Content in Guides or Landing Pages
- You can use the DAM Search bar (located in your portal), which searches across all things in your Asset Bank and CX User Community, or navigate directly to the CX User Community tab (the name may vary in your portal).
- Enter a search term into the search bar.
- A results page will appear with related content.
Search Tips
You can narrow the search by using the following filters:
- The most relevant search results are listed at the top of the page.
- Your search term is displayed in bold text so you can quickly determine if that result is from a guide or landing page you want to visit.
- Clicking on the search result will redirect you to the page where that term lives.
- Click All results to narrow your search to Groups, Guides, Pages, or Widgets.
- Click Any time to narrow your search to a specific timeframe.
- Your last five recent searches are saved in the search box dropdown.
- Guide Chapters are currently not included in the search results.
