How To Enable AI Assist In Content Workflow

In Content Workflow, you can use AI Assist to automate and scale content creation, management, and distribution further. AI is optional placing AI feature access firmly in your hands. Enabling and disabling AI is instantaneous and will affect all users on your account immediately. 

Note: The use of AI Assist is subject to additional terms. You can review and accept these terms when you enable AI Assist on your account.

Who?

Bynder Admins can enable this feature for themselves and other users. Once enabled users who have Generate AI Content permissions can use this feature.

Why?

AI Assist empowers those responsible for generating editorial content to write, amend, and approve content quickly and easily at scale. AI Assist has a compliance trail, allowing your team to use the feature while ensuring compliant, plagiarism-free content that upholds your brand's reputation.

How?

Enabling AI in your Content Workflow Project

  1. Navigate to Content Workflow.
  2. Navigate to the Project overview.
  3. Select the project you would like to enable AI Assist with.
  4. Select the Screenshot 2024-03-11 at 1.48.03 PM.pngbutton and then select Settings.
  5. Toggle the  Access to AIScreenshot 2024-03-11 at 1.55.26 PM.pngbutton to enable this feature in your project. 

Level: Proficient
