Your feedback shapes the Bynder Roadmap and offers transparency into our product development process. It allows you to see what we’ve released, what we’re currently working on, and the concepts we are considering for future improvements..

How To Share Feedback

We encourage you to participate in discussions within the Bynder Community. Here, you can vote on the Product Roadmap and express the importance of specific ideas.

You can also share detailed product feedback through the following channels:

  • Customer Support: Share insights directly with our Support team.

  • Webinars: Join our upcoming sessions where the Bynder team showcases new releases and actively seeks customer input.

  • Feedback Sessions: Participate in dedicated product sessions, announced via roadmap webinars or through your Customer Success Contact, or as part of beta testing programs.

Note on Communication: To ensure our Product team can focus on reviewing every insight and building the best possible solutions, we do not provide individual replies to feedback submissions. Instead, we use your collective input to inform and update our public-facing Product Roadmap, which serves as our primary way of communicating our progress and future direction to you.

Recommended Feedback Structure

To help our team best understand how to improve your experience, please use the structure below when sharing feedback. This ensures our Product team understands the "why" behind your suggestions:

"As a [user] from [Business Name], I [want to...], [so that...]. This is [degree at which it is important, i.e., nice to have, necessary, etc...]":

  • [user] describes the type of user in Bynder, not your title.
  • [want to] outline the user's intent—what are you trying to achieve? Do not describe the UI here.
  • [so that] refers to the bigger picture being addressed.

Once we receive your feedback, it is shared with our Product team for review and consideration as we continue to evolve our product strategy. While we cannot respond to every suggestion individually, please know that every piece of feedback is reviewed, valued, and plays a role in shaping the Bynder Roadmap.
