Summary

The Agent Activity page within the Workspace is the unified hub for agent-driven workflows: reviewing, editing, and approving agent output, automations, and AI activity. Suggested changes appear side by side with existing content, so all AI recommendations undergo human review before your library data is affected. Administrators keep full control and visibility over all agent activity.

Who?

• Administrators: Users who require complete control, tracking capabilities, and visibility over agent deployment, configurations, and historical execution.

• Content Managers & Editors: Team members responsible for efficiently validating large volumes of asset metadata and ensuring brand alignment before publication.

How?

Step 1: Navigate to the Agent Activity Page

1. Log into your Bynder portal and navigate to “your name” > Workspace.

2. In the navigation panel, click on the specific Agent activity to open the review space.

Step 2: Review Asset Suggestions Side-by-Side

1. In the Activity area, view the list of agent runs with pending suggestions.

2. Select an agent run from the list.

3. Review the side-by-side comparison screen showing:
   • Current content: your existing asset metadata.
   • Agent suggestions: the new edits proposed by the agent.

Step 3: Action Suggestions (Asset-by-Asset, Selection, or Bulk)

1. Asset by asset:
   • Approve: applies the suggestion and updates the asset's metadata in the library.
   • Discard: leaves the asset unchanged.
   • Edit: click the pencil icon next to a suggestion to modify it before applying.
2. In bulk:
   • Use the Accept all or Discard all buttons at the top of the screen.
3. For a selection:
   • Select the checkboxes next to multiple assets in the list view.
   • Use the bulk action headers in the toolbar to accept or reject the selected group at once.

Step 4: Monitor your Agent History

1. Navigate to the agent History tab to view all past agent activity, including auto-applied and previously accepted suggestions.
2. Inspect the historical log to track each run's outcome.

3. Optional: use the Undo suggestions button to reverse an agent run. This reverses all accepted suggestions at once and restores assets to their previous values.
