What?

The AI Agents Platform includes three primary environments that let administrators and users build, oversee, and verify automated tasks:

  • AI Control Center: The central place for platform configuration. It houses the AI Configuration Page, where you set up the Global AI Instructions in natural language that act as a style guide for Enrichment Agents and Brand Compliance Agents, such as adapting to a specific brand tone or industry-specific definitions. This is also where you configure permissions for auto-apply features to be used when running automations. See AI Control Center.
  • Agent Library: A library for your agents, Where those with permission can create, edit, and manage agents tailored to distinct workflows. See Agent Library.
  • Workspace (Agent Activity page): A unified hub for agent-driven workflows, including reviewing, editing, and approving agent output, automations, and AI activity. See Workspace.

Brand Compliance Validates your assets against brand guidelines and regulations, so the world's most ambitious brands can move faster, scale further, and show up consistently, without ever compromising the brand they've built. Based on your brand rules, the Brand Compliance Agent checks image assets for: logo and colors, photography and stock image guidelines, tone of voice, regulations, Safety & Workspace, channel specifications, accessibility, messaging and layout.
Enrichment Every asset, sophisticatedly enriched with metadata unique to your business, intelligent the moment it enters your DAM. Based on a prompt, the Enrichment Agent generates output for metadata fields and populates them: naming conventions (asset name, descriptions), alt text, translations, content classifications (product attributes, animal breed attributes).
Transformation Modify, extend, and reimagine any element of your assets to fit any audience or market. Remove, replace, or generate new backgrounds or new objects; expand and resize images; generate and edit images with a prompt and or reference assets.
Governance Scans for asset usage across the web, detecting outdated, expired, or unauthorized assets, preventing IP leaks, and uncovering counterfeits, so your brand stays protected as you expand into new markets and partners.   • These are the four specialized context-aware agents. Teams can configure, deploy and manage an unlimited number of agents, tailored to their unique business needs. What is the AI Control Center?

The AI Control Center acts as your organization's AI style guide. You use natural language to set global rules, formatting standards, and quality expectations that keep automated output sharp and consistent. These Global AI Instructions power the Enrichment Agent and the Brand Compliance Agent, aligning everything they produce with your operational standards.

What is the Agent Library?

A dedicated interface to view, edit, or delete existing agents, and to create new ones.

What is the Agent Activity page?

The page where humans review and approve agent-generated suggestions. You can approve or discard output asset by asset or in bulk, with a side-by-side comparison of current versus suggested content. The History tab shows a log of agent changes.
