There are two ways to log into Bynder - with a Bynder username and password or through Single Sign-On (SSO). You must have an (active) account to log into your portal. Most company portal URLs are [YourOrganizationName].bynder.com, although some might be in a different format.
Contact your Bynder administrator if you don't have an account or are unsure about the URL.

Log in with your Username & Password

Navigate to your Bynder portal by typing the URL into your web browser or by clicking Activate Now from your email invite if this is your first time logging into Bynder.

Enter or set your Email Address / Username and Password.

When logging in for the first time, you might need to create a password and enter additional details required by your administrator. We suggest using a password with eight or more characters in combination with uppercase, numbers, letters, and special characters.

If you receive an error message, please contact your Bynder admin, as they may need to re-invite you to the portal.

Once you've successfully logged in to your company's portal, Terms and Conditions may appear to Accept/Reject.
Log in via SSO

Navigate to your Bynder portal by typing the URL into your web browser.

Click the Login with XXX button (this might look or say something slightly different in your portal) above the Username/Email and Password fields. This button indicates that your system administrator set up an SSO (Single Sign On) process to make it easy for you to log in to your portal.

You'll be redirected to your company's SSO provider, where you can enter the credentials you use to log into all your accounts.

Your company's portal Terms and Conditions may appear to Accept/Reject.

When logging in for the first time, you might need to enter additional details your administrator requires.

I am experiencing issues logging into my portal.
If you are having issues accessing your portal (after completing the above steps), please get in touch with your company's Bynder administrator to ensure you don't need to be connected to your company network/VPN to access your portal.
I keep getting the error message "You have entered an incorrect username or password."
You either do not have an account, your account was deleted or deactivated, there's an issue with the SSO configuration, or your username or password may need to be corrected.

Can I reset my password if I have SSO?
If your account uses Single Sign On, you cannot reset your Bynder password. Instead, you need to reset your company-wide SSO Credentials.
