Summary
There are two ways to log into Bynder - with a Bynder username and password or through Single Sign-On (SSO). You must have an active Bynder account to log into your portal.
Please reach out to your Bynder administrator if you don't have an account or if you are unsure about your company's portal URL.
Who?

How?
Logging In With Username & Password
- Navigate to your Bynder portal by typing the URL into your web browser or by clicking Activate Now from your email invite if this is your first time logging into Bynder.

Enter or set your email address, username, and password.

When logging in for the first time, you may need to create a password and enter additional details required by your administrator. We require a password with eight or more characters. These characters should be a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters(@ ! # $ * ? ).

- You may need to accept or reject the Terms and Conditions for your account.
Note: If you receive an error message, please contact your Bynder Admin. They may need to re-invite you to the portal.
Logging In With SSO

Navigate to your Bynder portal by typing the URL into your web browser.

Click the Login with XXX button (this may be slightly different in your portal) above the Username/Email and Password fields.

You'll be redirected to your company's SSO provider, where you can enter the credentials you use to log into all your accounts.

You may need to accept or reject the Terms and Conditions for your account.

When logging in for the first time, you may need to enter additional details that your administrator requires.

FAQs
What if I am experiencing issues logging into my portal?
If you are having issues accessing your portal (after completing the above steps), please contact your company's Bynder administrator to ensure you don't need to be connected to your company network/VPN to access your portal.
What if I keep getting the error message "You have entered an incorrect username or password"?
You may be entering your password or username wrong, or you may not have an account, your account was deleted, your account was deactivated, or there is an issue with the SSO configuration of your account.
Tip: Contact your Bynder admin if you need clarification on your account status or need additional assistance.
Can I reset my password if I have SSO?
If your account uses SSO, you cannot reset your Bynder password. Contact your Byder Admin, they will need to reset your company-wide SSO Credentials.
