Not sure if you have this feature enabled in your Portal?

This feature is included in our AI Search Experience. If it should be in your Portal but isn't, please contact your portal admin.

If the face recognition feature is enabled, you can search for individuals based on their facial recognition tags. The search results are ranked by relevance, giving higher scores to matches in titles, tags, and meta property options and lower scores to matches in filenames, descriptions, and document contents. You can search for a named individual, parts of a name, or even an "unnamed person."

How to Search for a Person Using Face Recognition

  1. Navigate to your Bynder Portal >  Assets.

  2. Navigate to the search bar to enter the name of the person you're looking for.

    • Type the full name or part of it, or search for an "unnamed person" if they haven't been tagged with a specific name.

  3. Alternatively, if a smart filter has been configured, you can use it to refine your search.Screenshot 2024-08-16 at 10.51.26 AM.png
