Summary
OneDrive is the Microsoft cloud service that connects you to all your files. It lets you store and protect your files, share them with others, and get to them from anywhere on all your devices.
By integrating your portal and OneDrive, you can seamlessly connect assets between the two systems automatically without needing to download and re-upload them.
Who?
This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.
Once this integration is enabled users with the Portal Settings permission can manage this integration.
Why?
After configuring the Bynder x OneDrive integration, all selected assets in the selected OneDrive folder will be uploaded to your portal’s Asset Bank after two hours. Moving forward, any assets added or moved to the selected folder (or sub-folders) in the configured OneDrive account will automatically be uploaded to the Asset Bank every two hours. If an asset is deleted from the selected OneDrive folder, it will not automatically be removed from your Bynder DAM, and vice versa if an asset is deleted from the Bynder DAM. Additional OneDrive folder can be synced after configuring another OneDrive workflow.
