Set up and Manage Brand Palettes & Brand Colors in Studio

You can set Brand Colors to be used in Studio projects. Brand colors allow you to automatically apply your preferred color palette when using any type of element that has a color property assigned to it, such as shapes, lines, etc. Learn more about using brand colors here

Set up Color Palette & Brand Colors

  1. Navigate to Studio.

  2. Under Brand, select Colors on the left sidebar.

    • All colors will only appear if you have set up brand colors.Notification_Center (1).png

  3. Click Add color palette, which is located in the upper right corner.

  4. Name your Color palette and click Create color palette.Screenshot_13_10_2023__18_28.png

  6. Enter the Name of the new brand color.  Screenshot_13_10_2023__18_29 (1).png

  7. Add the HEX code.

    • You can use a color picker to retrieve the HEX code of your desired brand color.
  8. (Optional) Add a value in the Alpha channel field to change the transparency of the brand color. 
    • By default, the alpha value is set to 100, which means the color isn't transparent.

  9. Click Create color to add the new color. 

  10. Repeat the above step to add additional colors to your color palette. 

Manage a Color Palette

  1. Navigate to Studio.

  2. Click Colors in the left sidebar.

  3. Hover over the color palette and click three_dots.pngbrand_colors_video_edit_color.png

Rename a Color Palette

  1. Click Rename. 

  2. Modify the name in the Name field.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Delete a Color Palette

  1. Click Delete.
  2. Read the warning message carefully and click Delete Palette.
    • This action cannot be undone.
    • If you delete a color palette, it will unlink and be deleted from all projects, designs, and templates.

Manage Brand Colors

If you update a color used in a design, any element will automatically update to the new color. However, the design needs to be republished to apply the changes to the existing content variations.

  1. Navigate to Studio.

  2. Click Colors in the left sidebar.

  3. Open the color palette, where you can find the brand color that you want to manage.

  4. Hover over the color palette and click three_dots.png

Change the Order of Brand Colors

  1. To change the order of the colors in your color palette, hold down the three_dots.png icon and drag the colors to reorder.
    • To rename the color palette, hover over the brand color and click three_dots.png and rename. 

Delete a Brand Color

  1. Hover over the color palette and click three_dots.png

  2. Click Delete.
    • The brand color will be removed immediately, and this action can't be undone.
    • If you delete a color used in a design, it will unlink and be deleted from the project. The color in the design will default back to the original color value.

FAQ

Can I upload an unlimited number of colors?

Your Studio package type limits the number of colors you can upload. For more details, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. If you have the Basic Studio package, you can upload one brand color palette. If you have the Advanced package, you can upload an unlimited number.
