You can use Bynder Express instead of a third-party app (WeTransfer or Hightail) to share files (up to 40 GB) via email or link.
The files you share in Bynder Express will not be uploaded or shown in the Asset Bank and will not require a login to download. The transferred files count toward your contracted DAM storage; however, once the link expires, it will no longer count toward your storage space.
The Transfer History section of the portal provides portal administrators with an overview of Bynder Express users and the files they share.
If you want to share files that live in your Asset bank (internally with Bynder users or externally with third parties) you can share assets, create, share, and manage Collections.
This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

You can always view past-generated links in the Transfer History section of your portal.
Can I customize the expiration options of download links to be different than the default ones?
As an admin you can decide which of the expiration options are visible to your users, i.e. 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or Never. It is not possible to add any other expiration options.
