Export an Entire Content Workflow Project into a PDF, CSV, or DocX

You can export an entire Content Workflow project into a PDF, CSV, or XLSX file as well as export all project assets into a ZIP file. Do this to give external stakeholders access to a hard copy of your project or export it for your own files. In addition, you can export project content and upload it to a non-integrated CMS.  Click here if you want to export an item in a project to a Word or PDF. 

Export your Content Workflow project into the following formats:

• Word Document
• PDF
• CSV File
• Project Assets (Images, Videos, and other Files) to ZIP file

How to Export Projects into a Word and PDF Document

1. Navigate to Content Workflow.
2. Select the project you would like to export.  
3. Select Integrations tab.
4. Click Export and select the format type.  
   • Word (.docx)
   • PDF document (PDF)
5. Once the format is selected click Export project.
6. A pop-up will appear to notify you that once your project is done processing you will receive an email with further instructions. Click Export to continue the exporting process. 

How to Export Projects into a CSV File

1. Navigate to Content Workflow.
2. Navigate to the project you would like to export.  
3. Select Integrations tab.
4. Click Export and select the format type.  
   • .CSV
5. Once the format is selected click Export project. 
6. A pop-up will appear to notify you that once your project is done processing you will receive an email with further instructions. Click Export to continue the exporting process.  Links to uploaded assets will show as plain text URLs in the CSV file.  

How to Export Project Assets to a ZIP file. 

You can export all of your project assets (anything uploaded to an asset field in your project) to a ZIP file.  

1. Navigate to the Files & Media section of your project.
2. Select the file(s) that you want to download by clicking on the thumbnail.
3. Using the toolbar at the bottom of the page click the download icon.
4. If you want to download all the files in one action, choose the Select All option on the right of the toolbar before hitting download.

Single files will be downloaded immediately. If you've chosen multiple files these will be packaged into a ZIP file and emailed to you when they're ready.
