You can export an entire Content Workflow project into a PDF, CSV, or XLSX file as well as export all project assets into a ZIP file. Do this to give external stakeholders access to a hard copy of your project or export it for your own files. In addition, you can export project content and upload it to a non-integrated CMS. Export your Content Workflow project into the following formats:
How to Export Projects into a Word and PDF Document
- Navigate to Content Workflow.
- Select the project you would like to export.
- Select Integrations tab.
- Click Export and select the format type.
- Word (.docx)
- PDF document (PDF)
- Once the format is selected click Export project.
- A pop-up will appear to notify you that once your project is done processing you will receive an email with further instructions. Click Export to continue the exporting process.
Note
- The first page of the PDF doc shows the order of the items as they appear in the hierarchy.
- Links to uploaded assets will show as links in your exported document.
How to Export Projects into a CSV File
- Navigate to Content Workflow.
- Navigate to the project you would like to export.
- Select Integrations tab.
- Click Export and select the format type.
- .CSV
- Once the format is selected click Export project.
- A pop-up will appear to notify you that once your project is done processing you will receive an email with further instructions. Click Export to continue the exporting process. Links to uploaded assets will show as plain text URLs in the CSV file.
How to Export Project Assets to ZIP file.
You can export all of your project assets (anything uploaded to an asset field in your project) to a ZIP file.
