You can request access to a Bynder Portal via the Request Form found on the login page of a brand portal. Once approved, you will be able to gain access to the company's brand assets and collaborate with internal teams.
Note: If you already have a Bynder account and are having difficulty logging in, please try to reset your password.
Request Access
You may need to use the request form if you have not been given a Bynder username or the option to log in to a company's Bynder portal via Single Sign On (SSO).
Note: If you do not see a registration form on the portal homepage, we suggest you contact the company's Bynder admin.

Navigate to the Bynder brand portal you want to access.

Depending on how the Bynder portal is configured, you may see a button that says, " Not on the SSO network? Click here to log in," or "Request a new account." or "Everyone else, click here."

If applicable, you'll be able to choose the desired account type in the Account Type section.

Fill in all the fields to help provide as much information to the Bynder admin to approve your request.

Enter the captcha displayed on the screen.

[optional] Read the terms and conditions carefully and tick the check box to agree.

Click the Submit button to send your request. You will receive an email confirmation of your account request. Depending on the security policy of the portal and your email address, the account may be approved immediately. If not, a portal administrator will either approve or reject your request.

Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to set up a password for the portal. Click the link provided, and you will be redirected to the portal.

Enter the password you want to set up in the Change Password and Reenter your password fields.

Click the Save button to set up your new password.
