You can now search for specific images using multiple filters, and then save those filter selection so that you can get the results on the fly.

Make sure you have this feature enabled for your account. Contact your Bynder Customer Success Manager for information and help with the setup.collect

Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have this feature enabled for your portal.

Once the feature has been enabled, go to
Settings > Users & roles > Permission Management to set up the permissions for your permission profiles.

Select the Create personal asset bank filters permission for the user profiles who should be able to save their own filter selection.

Select the Create general asset bank filters permission for the user profiles who should be able to save their own selection and who should also be able to create and share a filter selection with other users.

Select one or more filters and click Save filter.

Enter the name for the filter and select if this filter set should be visible to all users.

(Optional) Tick the Add to general list for all users box if you want to make this filter available for all users.
Note
You can only share your own filters and not the filters other users created.

(Optional) In the Share box enter the name of the users, user groups or permission profiles you want to share the filter with. These users will receive an email with the link that will load the filter set. They can then save the set as their own filter selection.

Click Save to save your filter.
The filter is added to Saved filters drop-down list. You can edit the filters when necessary. You can change the filter name, or click the edit icon to add a user with whom you want to share the filter. You can remove the filters as well.
Note
You can only edit and remove your own filters and not the filters other users created.
