Add your Bynder image assets directly to your emails in Microsoft Dynamics to save time. The integration also ensures that the latest version of your Bynder assets will always be reflected in your email content.

Open the email in Microsoft Dynamics to which you want to add a Bynder image.

Go to the Toolbox sidebar on your right-hand side and drag and drop the Image block to your email content.

Click the image block and choose an image on the right sidebar.

Click Insert Bynder Image. The Compact View will open.

Click Connect if your company's Bynder portal URL is already filled in in the pop-up. If not, pop up the URL in the format below. A pop-up will open, allowing you to log in to your Bynder environment. Log in to the portal the usual way.

You can search and filter to find the image asset you want to add.

Select the image you want to add.

You can use the dropdown at the bottom of the Compact View to select whether to add the original file or one of the derivatives.

Click the Add Asset button to add the image to your email content.
Note

You can only select Original if the asset is marked as public.

The dropdown will only show the public derivatives.

Depending on your portal setup, the dropdown may be available elsewhere.

Save your changes.

Open the email in Microsoft Dynamics where you want to replace a Bynder image.

Click the image that you want to replace.

Click the Replace button in the right sidebar.

Click Insert Bynder Image. The Compact View will open.

Use the available search and filters to find the image asset you want to replace the existing image.
