Are you going to be out of the office and would you like hand over your Creative Workflow duties to another user? By setting an out of office in Creative Workflow your Workflow responsibilities will be assigned to another user for a specific time frame. This way, your Creative Workflow projects won't be delayed or overlooked and you don't have to worry about important deadlines being missed.
Read more details below and find out how you can start setting up your out of office.
Note
The out of office scheduler is available in all portals that have Creative Workflow enabled and will be visible to all users. The feature currently only works in combination with Creative Workflow and can't be used with other modules such as DAM or Digital Brand Templates.
When you're going to be out of the office you can hand over your Creative Workflow responsibilities to another user in your Bynder portal. You can set the start and end date of your absence and assign your Creative Workflow responsibilities to a backup user. The backup user keeps track of your jobs and makes sure no important deadlines are missed, so that you can be out of the office without having to worry about the continuity of your projects.
During your time off, the backup user will have access to your active jobs and will receive notifications when you become stage responsible or when you're tagged in a task and/or (private) comment. By default, Workflow notifications will only be sent to the backup user when you're out of office. Optionally, you can choose to receive them as well. You can cancel your out of office at any given time. Once canceled, the backup user will no longer receive notifications and won't have access to your jobs unless the backup user actively started participating in one of your jobs.
A red indicator will be placed over the profile image of users who are out of office. This way, other users can easily see somebody is out of office. Hover over the profile image to find out when the user will be back and who the backup user is.
